My Tanita is a Healthcare Service provided by TANITA which helps you monitor your health and fitness progress using the most accurate BIA technology from the TANITA connected devices.At Tanita, we are all about supporting your success and that means giving you the tools to maintain your activity and healthy eating. One of these tools is exactly the My Tanita App.This App will allow you to connect your TANITA body composition analyser (the RD-series and the newly launched BC-401) by Bluetooth 4.0 to build detailed and easy visual graphs of your measurements. The TANITA Body Composition Monitors are connected easily with your smartphone and will show you more than 10 important body health values. This means that you have the data at your fingertips, whenever you are and you will be able to download them as pdf or csv file so to share them with your personal trainer and check them at any time.Set the goals you want to reach and leverage the app to check your progress and always make sure to be on the right track.- Google Fit integrationOur app makes use of Google Fit to sync some of your measurement data- Body Composition Monitor (measurements vary depending on the device)Weight / Body Fat % / Muscle Mass / Bone Mass / Visc. As of the latest update, does not even open. Will revise my review when it's fixed! Edit: looks like they've rolled back the update for now...
Before update app worked well, now it crashes immediately! Uninstall and re-installation made it start. Still useless, unable to sign in (ends to bad request error), password reset does not work either!
New app update is even worse than the previous version (which made graph axis terrible). The app crashes on start, unusable and yet app update message says 'Various bug fixes'. Updates should be specific, and actually still maintain access!!

For some reason my tanita icon has changed over night and I can no longer log in or reset password, I just get error messages such as "bad request" and "unknown error", I tried creating a new account but get the same errors so this app is completely broken
Had to reinstall because it stopped working. To use, you need to login. Both log in and account creation no longer working. Terrible app. Ill be getting a refund for my tanita scale.
Stopped working again - cannot open.. The interface got worse - now the chart is useless as its just a flat line... idiocy!.. Terrible interface and it keeps getting worse.. I should have checked the app before buying the scale 😑
Awful. Scales have worked for a week and an update yesterday has rendered them unusable today App wouldn't open. Uninstalled and reinstalled it and it won't accept my (correct) user name and password. Won't let reset the password. Wont let me set up a new login. Unless its quickly fixed scales will be returned for a refund.
It was working fine. Had a slight glitch previously when weight seemed to vary a lot. Set up everything again and has worked fine. Today woke up. Went to weigh myself. App Icon now green so clearly an update. Impossible to weigh myself with it app just keeps shutting down. Have deleted and reinstalled. Not working. If its not resolved the scales will be going back.
